Nazzareno Spurio III is a co-founder of Pillar Wealth Partners and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with over nine years of experience in retirement planning, investment management, and comprehensive financial planning for families in the Northern Virginia area.

Nazz has been recognized by Forbes as a Best-in-State Financial Security Professional in both 2024 and 2025, a distinction awarded to a select group of financial professionals across Virginia based on client experience, industry expertise, and professional conduct. He was also named to the Alexandria 40 Under 40, recognizing his contributions to the local business community and his commitment to the Alexandria, VA area.

An Alexandria, VA native and military family member himself , raised by two Air Force parents, Nazz brings a grounded, values-driven approach to financial planning. He lives in Alexandria with his wife and two children.

Charlotte Huger is a co-founder of Pillar Wealth Partners and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ specializing in comprehensive financial planning for individuals and families in the Northern Virginia and DC metro area.

Charlotte earned her finance degree from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, one of the top undergraduate business programs in the country, and has been working in the financial services industry since 2019. She is based in the Washington, DC area, where she is actively involved in her local community.

Her approach centers on building genuine, long-term relationships with clients, understanding that financial planning is most effective when it reflects the full context of someone's life, not just their balance sheet.
