Insights from the Elite Advisor Conference in Austin, Texas

From October 21–24, Nazz attended Prudential Advisors’ Mid-Atlantic Group’s Elite Advisor Conference in Austin, Texas—an inspiring experience from start to finish. The event brought together some of the top advisors from across the East Coast to collaborate, share strategies, and explore ways to continually elevate the level of service provided to clients.

The conference featured an exceptional lineup of speakers, including Libby Greiwe of The Efficient Advisor, Panos Leledakis, founder of IFA Academy, and Nick Davies of Pro Advisor Coach. Libby shared valuable insights on streamlining the client onboarding process to create a better client experience. Panos discussed how artificial intelligence is transforming the financial services industry, emphasizing how technology can help advisors operate more efficiently and with greater impact. Nick closed with thoughtful guidance on achieving work-life balance, reminding attendees that sustainable success stems from aligning professional excellence with personal fulfillment.

Outside of the sessions, one of the highlights for Nazz was connecting with other top advisors to exchange ideas and learn how they run their practices. The energy and collaboration were contagious, sparking several new ideas he’s excited to implement at Pillar Wealth Partners. And of course, no trip to Austin would be complete without some legendary BBQ — Terry Black’s did not disappoint. His only misstep was ordering a little too much… and then eating it all!

Nazz returned from the conference recharged, motivated, and ready to apply these lessons to continue enhancing the experience for Pillar Wealth Partners’ clients.
